Why am I prompted to purchase a journal article, book or video?

SUSS students, faculty and staff have access to the subscribed resources, upon signing in with their SUSS username and password. You should not have to pay a fee to access a subscribed article, book or video.
If you are asked to purchase a journal article (as shown below), it is likely that:
- The document is not included in the library's subscription or
- The document is very recent and is embargoed by the vendor.
