If you cannot remember your password to login to SUSS library, you can reset your password by following these steps:

Login to the Student Portal with your SUSS username (leave out @suss.edu.sg) and click on Change Password located on the menu as shown below.

Your new password has to meet the criteria below:

• At least 8 characters in length
• Password cannot contain the user’s login account name or parts of the user’s full name 
• MUST contain characters from all of the following categories:
  - English lower case alphabet (a-z)
  - English upper case alphabet (A-Z)
  - Numeric Digit (0-9)
  - Symbols (e.g. !, @, #, $, ?)

Once you have changed your password at the Student Portal, you may proceed to login to SUSS Library using the new password.

Please note that changing your password at the Student Portal will trigger a password sync across Student Portal, Canvas, MyMail and SUSS Library.
