How to clear cache in browser?
Answer
You can try clearing cache/cookies from the browser you are currently using (e.g. Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox) if you cannot login and access the subscribed library resources.
Please refer to the below steps to clear cache/cookies from the respective browser:
1) Chrome
- Click Ellipses > “More tools" > “Clear Browsing history”.
- Do not click “Password and other Sign in Data” if you wish to keep your saved passwords (recommended to tick the rest of the boxes).
- Click “Clear Data”.
2) Firefox
- Click the Ellipses > “History” > “Clear recent history”.
- Recommended to tick the following boxes. Then click “Clear now”.
3) Microsoft EDGE
- Click Ellipses > “History” > Dustbin icon.
- Do not click “Password” if you wish to keep your saved passwords (recommended to tick the rest of the boxes).
3. Click “Clear Now”.
