How do I cancel a Discussion Room booking?
Answer
Click on the link provided in the booking confirmation email to cancel the booking. If the confirmation email has been deleted, email ask@suss.libanswers.com with the subject title – “Request for Discussion Room Booking Cancellation”.
Students should exercise consideration when booking and cancel as soon as possible if the slot is no longer required.
