I have a Discussion Room booking. How do I access the room?
Answer
Students may enter the Discussion Room on their own; it will not be locked. They should perform a self-check-in by scanning the QR code in the room or entering the verification code that was sent via email. Should they fail to check-in within 15 minutes, the room will be released, and they will receive a no-show email. Repeated no-shows - thrice in a month - could result in a temporary suspension of booking privileges.
