If I do not have a Discussion Room booking, but a Discussion Room is not occupied. Can I use it?

Students should always check if the room is available on https://suss.libcal.com/reserve/discussionroom. If it is available, they are highly encouraged to make a booking to prevent eviction from another student who has dutifully made a booking.
