Do Faculty need to inform SUSS library of materials copied and distributed for teaching purposes, based on the CLASS agreement?
Copyright owners have the right to seek equitable payment for the portion of the materials copied or communicated to students.
SUSS is also required to keep a record of physical library materials distributed to students.
Faculty will need to submit the details of materials distributed to students via this form
