Library FAQs

You can email us at ask@suss.libanswers.com by providing us a list of the item(s) you wish to donate. Please include key information such as titles, ISBN and preferably condition of the items.   

As SUSS Library is primarily a digital library with minimal physical space, the donation of the physical library materials will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The Library will work together with the relevant schools and departments to review the book donation.

If the titles were considered for donation, please note the Terms of Acceptance:

1.        All materials donated to SUSS Library will be integrated into SUSS Library’s collection; and

2.        SUSS Library reserves the right to determine the terms and conditions of use such as the access, discard, disposal, location, and preservation, etc. pertaining to the donated materials.
