If all copies of a VitalSource eBook are currently on loan, will I be able to know when a copy would be available again?

VitalSource Explore platform, where the VitalSource eBooks can be accessed, currently does not have a queue system. It also does not show a countdown timer for titles that are on loan. If all copies of a title are in use, please check back periodically to see when a copy becomes available.
